We get real about what is, and what's been holding us back. We build on radical authenticity, and what it truly means to be of service in this world. Finding your brand voice through deep self-compassion and awareness, so that what you create in the world actually sounds like you. The real you. We create the offers, the messaging, and the visibility strategy from there.
Growth doesn't just happen in the mind. The body, your nervous system, your ability to tune-in and care for yourself is a priority. Expansion requires us to step out of burnout, and our growth edges need tending to. Each month includes custom hypnotic meditation tracks created for exactly where you are, plus somatic practices, breathwork, and EFT to clear what the nervous system is holding so the mind can finally follow.

Hey! I'm Lindsey
I'm a medium, death doula, grief educator, spiritual mentor, and hypnotherapist, and for the last six years I've been leading people through one of the most disruptive and sacred processes a human being can undertake: remembering who they actually are and learning to lead from there.
I've guided more than 70 people through my Divine Consciousness Mentorship, and what I've watched happen in that container; the reclaiming, the clarity, the discernment, the moment someone finally stops abandoning what they already know, is why I do this work.
My path has moved through yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, herbalism, end-of-life care, bodywork, mediumship, hypnotherapy, and the Akashic Records. Every practice I teach I have lived, metabolized, and embodied. I don't teach from theory. I teach from the threshold itself, because I have crossed every one I guide others through.
What I do is both mystical and rigorously grounded. I hold the mirror. I reflect what I see with precision and love.
